Monday through Friday : 7:30AM - 5:00PM. Saturday : 7:30AM - 12:00PM. Please call for holiday hours.

Identification
All renters must be 18 years old. We require a current PA driver's license in addition to a major credit card.

Payment
Final payment is due on or before delivery or store pick-up.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or local personal check with a valid driver's license.

Reservations
Reservations are recommended, especially for seasonal items. There is not a cancellation charge unless a non-refundable deposit is given or for linen orders. As a courtesy, please call if you are unable to keep your reservation.

Pricing
Rates are quotes for a single event use rental. We normally allow a 72 hour period to accommodate delivery and pick-up. Items rented for a weekend event would typically be delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday. If you require a longer rental period, please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out whether used or not.

Broken, Damaged and Missing Rental Items
The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of pick-up/delivery until drop-off/pick-up. We do charge for soiled, broken, missing and weather damaged items. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Our insurance does not cover equipment when it is in your possession.

Cleaning
All rental items are expected to be returned clean and in original cartons. A cleaning charge will be added for items returned excessively dirty. China, glassware and flatware should be rinsed free of food. Linens should be folded, food free, and dry to prevent staining and mildew.

Signature
It is best to be home on the day of delivery to confirm the quantity and condition of items. If you know you will not be home, please call our office for alternate arrangements. If you are not home, and we have no instructions, we will be unable to leave your items. This will cause a delay and an extra cost for rescheduling delivery.
